Kathryn Gorges Santa Clara Executive MBA Cohort 2010, Leavey School of Business
Kathryn brings
over 15 years of experience in high tech marketing and sales to her marketing
consulting business with medium and small businesses in the Santa Cruz and Silicon
Valley area. She helps
businesses clarify their brand and business persona to use in building
conversations with customers and prospects through social networking. She also develops social media
marketing plans, teaches all aspects of engaging online, and can conduct online
campaigns for clients.
Kathryn has held
marketing and sales leadership positions at IBM, Amdahl, Stratus, and
Tandem. She has served in
executive roles on non-profit boards and community organizations. Kathryn has a Masters in Philosophy
from Stanford University and a BS in Mathematics from William and Mary. She is currently in the Executive MBA
program at Santa Clara University.
Rob Higgins Santa Clara Executive MBA Cohort 2010, Leavey

Rob has worked with several
startups and has experience with expansions and acquisitions. He served
on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations and worked as the
Operations Manager at a non-profit in Santa Cruz, CA. He is currently an
Information Technology Director in the education industry and was previously
the Chief Security Officer at a startup in Santa Cruz, CA. Rob holds an
undergraduate degree in Information Technology and is currently working towards
his MBA at Santa Clara University.
Neeraj Bhardwaj Santa Clara Executive MBA Cohort

Neeraj grew up in State College, Pennsylvania, and received
his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Acousto-optics and Microelectronics from the Pennsylvania
State University. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Santa
Clara University, Leavey School of Business. Neeraj has over 10 years of Global Sales and Marketing
experience in Optics, High Tech, Software and Non-Destructive Testing. He
is currently the West Coast Business Development Manager for SGS North
America. He served on the Board of Directors of several companies
and is credited with several patents. When hes not traveling for work or
school, he enjoys skiing, road cycling, ice and roller hockey. He
currently lives in San Francisco with his wife.
Chethan Chandra Santa Clara Executive MBA Cohort

Chethan was born in Bangalore India, grew up in
Boston, and now lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children. He
graduated from the University of Akron with a Master's in Immunology after
graduating from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor with a Bachelor's in
Microbiology. He has over 13 years of professional experience in
management consulting and Marketing. He
spent many years at Accenture in customer-facing roles at Fortune 500 companies
and is now at Juniper Networks as a Senior Manager of Global Marketing.
An avid sports fan, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and baseball.
Vanita Nemali Santa

Vanita is currently pursuing her EMBA at the
Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business.
She is passionate about supporting upstart ideas and companies that are
addressing social issues by bringing solutions that are affordable. She has
over 16 years of experience in software engineering and information technology
at various companies in the California Bay Area. She is currently a Sr. manager
IT at Cisco Systems and has prior experience at PeopleSoft, Healtheon
| WebMD and other start-ups. She graduated honors with a BS in Computer Science
and Mathematics from University of Houston, Texas.
