At Embrace Global, we exist to solve a simple but devastating problem: millions of newborns around the world die each year because they cannot stay warm. Our mission is to ensure that every baby who needs life-saving warmth can access it, no matter where they are born. In 2025, that mission translated into measurable impact:Â
2025 Impact by the NumbersÂ
196,320 babies kept warm in 2025 aloneÂ
1,636 incubators deliveredÂ
8 partners across 7 countriesÂ
More than 150 health facilities reachedÂ
Expanded to 4 new countries: Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ethiopia, and SudanÂ
5 new partners launchedÂ
1,355,911 babies kept warm since 2011Â

Embrace began as an idea in a classroom. Today, it is a lifeline in some of the most fragile health systems in the world. Since our founding, our incubators have helped over 1 million babies stay warm across more than 30 countries.Â
One million tiny lives given a fighting chance. Â

This work is proof that access to life-saving warmth is achievable. Proof that our model works in conflict zones, rural hospitals, ambulances, and referral centers. Proof that a world where every baby has access to warmth is within reach.Â
As we grow, we are strengthening how we measure impact, introducing more consistent indicators across our partner network to better track use, outcomes, and long-term impact.Â
What has become increasingly clear is that Embrace is not a device donation organization. We are a solution to neonatal hypothermia, one of the most critical and preventable crises in global health. Our model includes trainings, partnerships, and equipment. Â
Our work has shown us that sustainable change requires all three. It requires listening to frontline providers, understanding power constraints and staffing realities, strengthening local capacity, and delivering appropriate technology that works in context.Â
When that alignment happens, something powerful shifts. Warmth is no longer a luxury. It becomes expected. A small or sick baby staying alive becomes the norm.Â
Looking AheadÂ
Looking ahead, our strategy is bold and disciplined: Reach 5 million babies by 2035.Â
With expanded partnerships, strengthened manufacturing, robust training systems, and diversified funding, this goal is entirely achievable.Â
The question is not whether the solution works – it does. The question is whether we will match the scale of the problem with the scale of our ambition.Â
Every baby deserves the same basic chance to survive their first days of life. Geography should not determine destiny.Â
We are closer than ever to a world where access to life saving warmth is universal.Â
Thank you to our donors, partners, and supporters for standing with us. Your belief, your partnership, and your generosity make this possible. Â
Together, we are not just imagining a different future for newborns. We are building it.Â
